I really think this server is one of the best server because of the events and how the people in that server interact with one another. Blackout RO is very unique and special compared to other servers because it is the only server that I play where there is balance. I have already played a lot of RO server but I really think that this server is the most balanced server compared to the rest.

One of the best servers i've ever played, no matter how many times i leave, i can't seem to keep myself from returning to this server. The GMs are friendly and help you with what you need. The guild competition has declined over the years, but is still fun to play nonetheless. The only thing we lack right now is a lot of players, we average around 100 players during Ph hours, but only 30 during Usa hours. If you want to enjoy a great server, this is for sure the one to look for!

The server overall is competitive and friendly. It may not have the population it used to have, but alas, all servers suffer ups and downs... The people are friendly and helpful, as are the GMs. If you're looking for a new server to play, I suggest this one. It's party system is unlike any other. It gives you a reason to play with other players. I have been on this server since 2007, and it suffered only one setback in 2008, but it quickly recovered, but now, it NEEDS YOU to come to HOME! :D

I just played 3 days on this server because i thought it's good because they have a 3rd job classes and it's high rate (or maybe good but let me explain first). 3rd job classes doesn't allowed in WOE so I'm so disappointed. My first encounter GM helped me and I forgot his/here name sorry.. but not this GM Touhou. She's so rude and she silence one of the players, i think she so abusive on her power. She helped me one time, but when i ask her a questions about the game, she didn't respond anymore.

This is one of the most balanced and fun RO private server out there. wonder why there is so little review GMs are friendly and mostly available when we need help. updates always comes around and it is balanced

this is the 3rd server that i download and i play for 3 months now, GM's and players are friendly they help me when i need help but sometimes gm is not available?,, i love the events,i think the character class is balance, love the updates, i'm very happy to this server so far and i think i will stay to this server, thank you. (sorry if my grammar is wrong :p)

this server is worthless no point in even testing it out. all run by macroers and scammers and corrupted GMs. people pretend to be your friends just to back stab you and ruin all of your hard work.

This server is absolutely terrible.The stability of the server sucks because it's always down due to them not paying their host or them chosing the worst hosts ever.The availability of the server is alright, because it's almost always up, but very often does it get shut down by the the host.Community is very unfriendly/unwelcoming.Events are rarely ever done only if a certain GM is on.WoE is dead,PvP is dead,BG never on,Eco is bad.GM biased to one guild (one GM in particular) cause her BF in it.

The Player-versus-player system in this server is by far its best aspect, being fast-paced, complex, and competitive. Playing against other players honestly reminds me of the mechanics in Super Smash Bros. Superb and friendly community, constant events, 10 vs 10, MVP, etc. I've met people who later on became some great friends. The only problem is not many people know about the server anymore, because the installer may not be as user-friendly as others. Definitely give it a try!

bad server, bad GM. corrupted server due to GM's power. Power abused, get banned for nothing, just because GM hate some people. GM anxiety especially hears critics from other player, basically about skills gameplay. Get ban for nithing, i mean perma banned. Blocked ID until "-" . Dont play this server. Its bad, wasting ur time.
